Let’s face it, we’ve all been on a date with a potential adult friend who’s wined and dined us to the unsurpassable point of fullness. But by the time you’re ready to take things to the next level, you start feeling heavy, tired and completely unsexy. We cannot deny that food affects us psychologically and biologically, but that doesn’t mean we can’t eat our way to a better love life.
