As I write this we are 2 weeks into the new year. I am struggling to keep my new years resolution, and I am wondering how all of you are doing. My resolution is to cut out all carbonated beverages and this has been challenging because I am addicted to Diet Coke. I was smart because I started weaning myself off in December and then when I cut it out completely on January 1st it wasn’t that bad. I can tell you that I still crave it, that is why I am writing about it, I am trying to get it out in the open and off my chest. Okay, I feel better now.
