A couple of days ago, in response to a readers email question, I shared with you what I eat on a daily basis . I understand that my plan will not work for everyone. I want to suggest that you start by making some small changes to your daily intake and then go from there. Here are a couple of things you can change right now that will make a huge difference.
Switch to water. Start drinking water instead of everything else, cut out all soda, juice, beer, wine, alcohol, etc…I do drink coffee but black only.
Start eating whole grains instead of bread made with white flour. Switch from white rice to brown rice. Switch from regular pasta to whole grain pasta. This minor change will make a major difference.
Snack on raw nuts. My favorite snack is raw nuts. Raw nuts are high in protein and are also great for your cardiovascular system. The best part is that they tell your brain that you are getting full and satisfied so it helps you eat less.
Let’s start there and see how it goes.
