Have you guys heard about the new sun tan drug. It is breaking news right now and it sounds pretty scary. I think tanning is very dangerous in general and this new drug seems very scary to me. The drug has been approved for clinical trials. the way it works is it stimulated the bodies natural tanning response. It is an injectable that basically boosts the melatonin levels.
The company that is developing the drug claims that they will not be marketing it for cosmetic purposes. If you believe that I have a brige that I want to sell ya.
Just another case of drug companies trying to cash in at the expense of our health .

Actually what it increases is melanin (not melatonin). Clinuvel is developing it to help folks who suffer from diseases like EPP, PMLE, AKs, etc. It’s amazing what it does and so far has proven safe in testing going back to 1991.
